One of Key2IT’s founders, AJ Hermalin has over 20 years of experience in the IT field prior to joining forces with Kerry, Mike, and Paul to launch Key2IT. What is he doing when he’s not working? A proud father of four, AJ loves to travel and rock out to classic rock, especially The Beatles, David Bowie, and Black Sabbath.
Kerry McDonald
Management
Kerry has been managing and implementing IT projects and solutions for over 20 years. She began in a role focused on network administration and support and eventually transitioned into management. Now, as a founding member of Key2 IT, Kerry assists our technical team with project design and manages the overall customer experience, ensuring our customers are 100% satisfied with their services. Kerry is a very proud mother who loves to travel and spend quality time with her family.
Mike Lyons
Management
Michael has over 25 years of experience in Telco / IT related services with commercial customers in the Greater Toronto Area. As a founding member of the Key2 IT team, Michael believes Key2 IT is the glue between Voice and Data services. He is eager to please and support our customers base, and have fun doing it! When work is done, Michael enjoys hanging out with his family, playing hockey with the boys, and playing GIGs with the “Blues Junkies”.
Paul Cranmer
Management
Paul has been in the Telcom/IT industry for more than 25 years. As a founding partner of Key2 IT he wears a number of hats, working with management of the operations, sales, as well as customer and technical support. Paul is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and looks forward to providing more value as one of Canada’s vendors of choice for small medium businesses in the market for managed services and IT needs. When he’s not working, Paul enjoys working out, spending time with family, and traveling.
